Any no shows or cancellations (made within 24 hrs of pickup day) are non-refundable and non transferrable. We can however work with you to reschedule pickup to another time (*subject to availability).

*There is plenty of easy street parking as we are located off the main road, please ensure not to park in any private parking areas or block any of our neighbors driveways...(Otherwise we may need to sweeten them up with cake!)
