With a refined expertise across fondant, chocolate and ganache finishes, Diana creates modern, luxurious cakes that reflect her dedication to artistry and high standards.
Since launching The Sweet Society Co. in December 2017, Diana’s work has been featured in prestigious publications such as The Lane, Style Me Pretty, Wedded Wonderland, Vogue, Nouba, Queensland Brides, Polka Dot Bride, and To The Aisle Australia. Located in Alderley, Brisbane, The Sweet Society Co. operates out of a fully licensed and insured commercial-grade kitchen, paired with a beautifully styled showroom for client consultations. This space allows Diana and her team to craft every custom cake to perfection and connect with clients in a welcoming, creative environment.
Diana’s accomplishments are a testament to her dedication and innovation in cake artistry. She was awarded the ACADA Australasian Rising Star Award in 2019 and was invited to teach at the International Cake Show Australia in 2020. In 2021,2022 & 2024, Diana was honored as a Top 8 Couture Wedding Cake Designer at the International Cake Show Australia, where her 1m+ couture wedding cake designs was inspired by Australia’s top wedding dress designers.
