"I'm a self confessed sweet tooth, sugar art enthusiast, and long time bake-a-holic."
Diana is a Brisbane based Cake Artist, who specializes in couture Wedding cakes featuring unique textures, gorgeous stenciling and stunning florals. Diana has a versatile skill set, being proficient with fondant, chocolate work, ganache and buttercream finishes, and delights in designing & creating modern unique cakes to the highest standard.

Since the launch of The Sweet Society Co. in Dec 2017, she has gone on to create distinguished designs which have then been showcased in many different Australian and International publications online and print, including The Lane, Style Me Pretty, Wedded Wonderland, Nouba, Queensland Brides, Polka Dot Bride and To The Aisle Australia. Throughout time The Sweet Society Co. has settled into their new head quarters based in Alderley. Boasting a fully licensed and insured commercial grade kitchen, paired with a beautifully styled showroom for client meetings.

In a whirlwind of less than two years in business, Diana was awarded the ACADA Australasian Rising Star Award for 2019, and has been invited to teach at the International Cake Show Australia in 2020.
In 2021 Diana was nominated and made the Top 8 Couture Wedding Cake designers for The International Cake Show Australia. Finalists for this category were selected Australia wide and had a huge task of creating 1m+ couture wedding cakes paired with some of Australia's best dress designers for inspiration.
